Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

We sell digital design assets (mockups, templates, and other downloadable files). Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we offer a 1-day claim window for issues related to your order.

Claim Eligibility

You may request a refund or report a problem within 24 hours of purchase, only if:

  • The file is corrupted or not working

  • You received the wrong file

  • The file does not match the product description or preview

To file a claim, please contact us at info.bestdesigntoyou@proton.me within 24 hours of purchase, and include:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A description of the issue

  • Screenshots or evidence if applicable

If your claim is accepted, we’ll either:

  • Replace the file

  • Offer store credit

  • Or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation


Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Any correctly delivered and functional digital files

  • Purchases made by mistake

  • Change of mind after download

All files are delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.


🇪🇺 EU Customers & Digital Downloads

Under EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has started with your consent. By purchasing, you agree to waive this right to access your content immediately.
